It would be wise and prudent (it's always better to err on the side of caution) to protect oneself (by putting one's cells/mobiles, laptops, cards, passports etc. in Faraday cases/cages) against a possible Cyberattack (FEMA seems to be up to no good once more) at 14.22 Eastern Time (19.22 GMT or 20.22 Central European Time) on both the 4th & 11th of October. Hopefully this is a false alarm but it's better to be safe than sorry!

I bet they also want to test who opts out of getting any such alert by shutting down their systems and devices completely.
