In May 1987 The Times reported: “The Aids epidemic may have been triggered by the mass vaccination campaign which eradicated smallpox.”
“The World Health Organization which masterminded the 13-year campaign, is studying new scientific evidence suggesting that immunization with the smallpox vaccine Vaccinia awakened the unsuspected, dormant human immune defence virus infection (HIV).”
“Some experts fear that in obliterating one disease, another disease was transformed from a minor epidemic illness of the Third World into the current pandemic.”
“While doctors now accept that Vaccinia can activate other viruses, they are divided about whether it was the main catalyst to the Aids epidemic.”
“But an advisor to WHO who disclosed the problem, told the Times: ‘I thought it was just a coincidence until we studied the latest findings about the reactions which can be caused by Vaccinia. Now I believe the smallpox vaccine theory is the explanation to the explosion of Aids.’”
“Further evidence comes from the Walter Reed Army Medical Centre in Washington.”
“While smallpox vaccine is no longer kept for public health purposes, new recruits to the American armed services are immunized as a precaution against possible biological warfare. Routine vaccination of a 19-year-old recruit was the trigger for stimulation of dormant HIV virus into AIDS.”

In 2012 David Muhammad wrote[1]:
“Let us consider some facts: On June 9, 1969, Dr. Donald Mc Arthur of the U.S. Department of Defense asked the U.S. Senate for $10 million to complete research for developing ‘synthetic biological agents to destroy the human immune system. …’”
“Not long after, on July 29, 1969, the House Republican Committee, chaired by George H.W. Bush cited the urgent need for population control activities to fend off a ‘growing Third World crisis.’”
“At the beginning of the 1970s, President Richard Nixon transferred part of the U.S. Army’s Chemical and Biological Division to the National Cancer Institute headed by Dr. Robert Gallo, who later mysteriously ‘discovered’ AIDS.”
“A World Health Organization (WHO) Bulletin Vol. 47, p. 259 1972 said: ‘An attempt should be made to see if viruses can in fact exert selective efforts on the (human) immune function.…’ Then National Security Study Memorandum NSSM 200 report April 24, 1974 authored by Dr. Henry Kissinger said: ‘Depopulation should be the highest priority of the U.S. foreign policy towards the Third World in regards to national security.’ Why? Because the U.S.A. accounts for only six percent of the world’s population but utilizes up to 34 percent of its minerals and resources, hence the population explosion of Third World peoples poses a direct threat to the availability of mineral resources to the American population.”
“Next, under President Jimmy Carter, Global 2000 was drafted by John D. Rockefeller 3rd whereby an objective was outlined to reduce world population from five billion to two billion, by the year 2000. Then, most significantly, in 1976 an initial request for $10 million was granted under House Bill HB15090 by the 91st Congress. The research was to take place at Fort Detrick, Maryland, Building 550 in the P4 Lab. What happened next was most alarming.”
“In 1978 the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) in New York began Phase 1 of a Hepatitis B Vaccination campaign on 1,083 homosexual men, then Phase 2 of the project saw 1,402 homosexual men in Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Denver, and St. Louis given the same injection.”
“These were among the first human beings in the Western Hemisphere to become infected with AIDS. Meanwhile the outbreak and rapid spread of AIDS in Africa was also linked to a Small Pox vaccination campaign by the World Health Organization from 1966-1977, according to a front-page London Times story published May 11, 1987 and various other sources.”
Judy Mikovits tells us[2]:
“Here’s one of the things that concerns me as an unintended outcome of vaccinations. If we are taking all the possible pathogens, serious and mild, that we might conceivably encounter over the course of a lifetime, we are being exposed to more pathogens than might otherwise be expected. That exposure is in most cases bypassing critical immunity, such as the skin and gut. Each challenge to the immune system by a vaccination has the potential to dysregulate the immune system. We have no idea what happens when multiple different pathogens are injected at the same time.”
“In 1977, there was only one person who contracted Ebola in Zaire and died.”
“We jump next to 1979, when there was another outbreak in the same area of the Sudan as the 1976 outbreak. The numbers, though, were much smaller this time. There were thirty-four reported cases with only twenty-two fatalities.”
“A full ten years pass until we see Ebola again, this time in 1989 and in two locations, one in the Philippines and one in the United States.”
“The reason for suspecting a vaccine campaign rather than an individual carrier is due to the fact that the Ebola contagion did not start at a single geographic center and then spread outward along the roads. Instead, simultaneous outbreaks of multiple cases occurred in widely separated parts of rural Guinea, indicating a highly organized effort to infect residents in different locations in the same time frame.”
“The Ebola outbreak in Early March coincided with three separate vaccination campaigns countrywide: a cholera oral vaccine effort by Medicins Sans Frontieres under the WHO; and UNICEF-funded prevention programs against meningitis and polio.”
Bantu Kelani tells us[3]:
“It is accepted that HIV/AIDS was initially spread in Africa by Roman Catholic missionary hospitals and their re-use of ‘dirty needles’. These hospitals regularly get donations of medical supplies/vaccines directly from the Roman Catholic order of the Knights of Malta, via its members within the pharmaceutical industry. Since the 1970’s Knights of Malta-supported aid organizations such as AmeriCares or Knightsbridge International have provided medical supplies to needy countries including South Africa, Haiti, and Cambodia – countries which are now hardest hit by HIV/AIDS.”

“Ultimately, the AIDS epidemic in Africa and throughout the developing world prevents these nations from achieving economic stability. This would have given them the power to control their own natural resources, and ultimately have affected the wealth and power of the Western corporate-aristocratic-military-industrial complex. The recent discovery of the ‘Rebuilding America’s Defenses’ document drafted by the ultra-conservative ‘Project for the New American Century’ (PNAC) and attributed to Paul Wolfowitz and Lewis Libby, senior members of the G.W. Bush administration under the command of Dick Cheney and Donald Rumsfeld, hints that the US aims to develop biological weapons:
‘That can target specific genotypes and may transform biological warfare from the realm of terror to a politically useful tool.’
“It is therefore no surprise that the Pentagon’s retired Joint Chiefs of Staff Colonel Jack Kingston, past Chairman of the National Security Advisory Board in Washington DC, is on record as saying:
‘In my estimation, AIDS is a covert operation run amok that is bigger than any secret operation in U.S. history. It is more momentous in its implications to humanity than the atomic weapons Manhattan Project of World War II.’”
